Summit Racing Equipment To Participate In ADRL Contingency Program For Professional Classes In 2011

O'FALLON, MO (February 3, 2011) – Summit Racing Equipment announced recently that it will retain the title as the official high-performance source of the American Drag Racing League (ADRL) in 2011 in addition to continuing as the official title sponsor for the Summit Racing Equipment Ohio Drags which will take place at Summit Motorsports Park in Norwalk, Oh. on Sept. 23-24.

Now, there is even better news from the high-performance automotive supplier, as Summit Racing will also offer contingency to drivers during the 2011 ADRL Tour.

As a further show of support for the outstanding performances from the ADRL competitors, Summit Racing will pay contingency to each eligible winner and runner-up in the five ADRL professional classes (Pro Extreme, Pro Nitrous, Extreme 10.5, Pro Extreme Motorcycle and Extreme Pro Stock) at every ADRL race during the 2011 season.

"The contingency program is a great next step to show the ADRL racers additional support," said Jim Greenleaf, Summit Racing Equipments Motorsports and Events Manager "We are looking forward to kicking off an exciting 2011 ADRL season."
To be eligible for contingency payouts for event win or runner-up finishes, drivers must display the official Summit Racing contingency decal on each side of their car or bike.

"It's wonderful to see Summit Racing offering contingency for the 2011 season," ADRL Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing Brian Evans said.
"It's just a further sign of their great relationship with the ADRL and it also shows how much they care about the great drivers in this league."

The 2011 ADRL season begins on March 25-26 at Royal Purple Raceway in Baytown, Texas.
