Gadson injured at Sonoma
Kawasaki drag racer Rickey Gadson suffered two broken bones in his right hand, a sprained right wrist and a mild concussion when he was highsided from a ZX-6 yesterday morning at Infineon Raceway in Sonoma, California.

The Ak Miller Auction
Alex and Imogene Miller of East Orange, VT. They eked out an existence on a small farm. Alex would scrounge rusty nails from burnt buildings to repair his roof. He drove a ratty VW Beetle, and when it died, he found another even more ratty, and another...the rusting carcasses littered his yard. Alex died in 1993, and Imogene died in 1996. The local church took up a collection so they could be buried in the churchyard, and the state began the process of taking the farm for taxes. That would have been the end of a sad story, except...

Gullquist scores first Chevy Hemi
Swedish Pro Mod racer Micke Gullquist scored a world first for European drag racing at Santa Pod Raceway yesterday when he unveiled the first blown-alcohol Chevy Hemi Pro Mod engine. Micke's Keith Black Chevy block is toting a pair of massive Sonny Leonard hemi cylinder heads developed from those used on IHRA Mountain Motor Pro Stock engines. Micke and American Pro Mod racer Kirk Kuhns have been working on the configuration for eighteen months and both racers spoke exclusively to Eurodragster.com about the amazing hybrid.
