GLENDORA, Calif. (Feb. 8, 2011) – NHRA officials announced today that Lincoln Technical Institute, a leading and diversified career-oriented school, has been named the Official Technical School of NHRA.

As part of the multi-year agreement, Lincoln Technical Institute will have a major presence at NHRA Full Throttle Drag Racing Series national events held in Englishtown, N.J., Bristol, Tenn., Denver, Indianapolis, and Dallas, and will also have commercial spots and in-show features during the ESPN2 HD coverage on elimination days, display space in the Manufacturers Midway, and screen spots and features on the trackside jumbotron. NHRA also is providing Lincoln Technical Institute with multiple exposure opportunities through a variety of NHRA marketing platforms, including National DRAGSTER, NHRA.com, the annual NHRA Fan Guide and track signage at major NHRA Full Throttle Series national events. Lincoln Technical Institute also will have the opportunity to use the NHRA mark in its advertising and promotional campaigns.
