Fat Daddy’s Hosting LenMar Motorsports ADRL World Finals VI Kick-Off Party

MANSFIELD, TX (October 14, 2010) – The American Drag Racing League (ADRL) and LenMar Motorsports will hold a LenMar Motorsports ADRL World Finals VI kick-off party from 4 p.m. to 12 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 21 at Fat Daddy's Sports & Spirits Cafe in Waxahachie, TX.

The World Finals take place on Oct. 22-23 at Texas Motorplex in Ennis, TX, and the kick-off party will be the perfect way to start what will be a memorable weekend.

LenMar Motorsports co-owner and Pro Extreme driver Gaylen Smith will be on hand, as will his "Bounty Hunter" PX car. Several other ADRL drivers will also be in attendance for the festivities, along with the Summit Racing Equipment Big Foot Monster Truck and the Police Interceptor Jet Car.

There will be live music from 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., along with food and drink specials, door prizes and live giveaways.

Local radio station, 106.9 "The Ranch," will also be doing a live remote at the spacious, 18,000 square-foot club. Complimentary tickets for the LenMar Motorsports ADRL World Finals VI will also be available at the kick-off party at Fat Daddy's, which is considered one of the top sports bars in the Dallas area.

"It's just going to be a great kick-off event for the weekend," Fat Daddy's Director of Operations John Paynter said. "It promises to be a good time for everyone."

Smith and the other ADRL drivers on hand will be available for pictures and autographs. In addition to the ADRL cars that will be displayed at the event, several different hot rods from the amazing "House of Hot Rods" will also be featured for fans.

"No doubt, it's going to be a lot of fun," Smith said. "Everyone there is going to have a good time.

"For people that haven't been to a lot of cars shows or anything like that, this will be a good time for them to see all of this. Fat Daddy's is such a cool place and it will be a great place to hang out and have a good time before the racing starts on Friday."
