Vendor List is Growing for Maple Grove Super Chevy Show

MOHNTON, Pa. (July 8) -- The Super Chevy Show offers a little bit of everything for everyone.
Each of the 10 events on the series' 30th anniversary tour includes sportsman and pro show drag racing, an unbeatable car show and a flea market that is a parts collector's dream.

The Maple Grove Raceway Super Chevy Show, scheduled Friday, July 16 to Sunday, July 18, will put the swap meet genre on center stage with perhaps the biggest parts event in the country.

If you're a car enthusiast who is looking for that special part for your 1961 Impala, or the crowning piece for your '67 Camaro, then the Maple Grove Raceway Super Chevy Show is the place to be, because chances are they will have it.

Some 30 vendors are already scheduled to be on hand in addition to Super Chevy Show sponsors Gearstar Performance Transmissions, GM Performance Division, Original Parts Group, RacingJunk.com, Super Chevy Magazine, and Featherlite.
All will be coming to the Northeast, which in the past has been the top Chevy lovers event in the country.

"There are always pretty good shows," said Roger Ausley, whose Ausley Chevelle Parts will again be on hand. "It's always a really good show, sometimes better than Indy.

"Pennsylvania is a big car state and like I said, its a good show and the Pennsylvania boys always turn out."

A big list of vendors are expected to be there. They include Super Chevy Magazine,  BME Photography, Renegade, Trailer Toad, Green Mountain Monogram, Minnesota Pneumatic, Jax Wax, Stealth Covers, K&R Camaro, Checkered Racing, Lehigh Valley Chevelle, Big J’s Neon,  Right Stuff, J&W Nova, Sheen Genie, Metron Performance, Avanti Performance, Mel’s Heater Service, ATI, Bradley’s Collectibles, Gary’s Engine Parts, Pratt Miller, Ausley Chevelle Parts, Christy’s Cards & Collectibles, S&W Racecars, Flash Cards and Westpoint Automotive.

There are several spaces still available and applications will be accepted until Tuesday, July 13.

"Super Chevy Show is very happy to see such a strong array of vendors," said Cameron Beer, sponsorship coordinator for the Super Chevy Show. "The variety boasts well for how strong the Super Chevy Show series is. It's the perfect place for all Chevy lovers."

The other parts of the Maple Grove Super Chevy Show will be a car enthusiast's dream. This event featured 560 drag race entries and 420 show cars last season, and the same, if not more, are expected to return.

The show will also include a solid cast of racing, including two qualifying ladders of Pro-Mods, competition from NHRA Super Stock and Stock races and two exhibition battles of jet cars - a matchup of jet dragsters between Queen of Diamonds and Beast from the East and a funny car war between First Strike and Top Secret. Bob Hall's Astrovan Wheelstander, always a crowd favorite, will also take to the track.

NHRA legend Bill "Grumpy" Jenkins will also pick his Top 10 from the Show and Shine area of the Car Show competition on Saturday, July 17. This will be an added feature to the Super Chevy Magazine Editor's Choice Top 10 Awards as Super Chevy Magazine will be on site gathering information for feature stories, as well as taking photos of cars for their upcoming publications.
