Paradise RV of Canada backs 2010 AHRA Canadian Jr. Drag Racing series and Sportsmen Tour

SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. (March 16, 2010) - Giving youth a safe place to race while learning responsibility and growing a healthy passion are just a few of the benefits of Jr. Drag Racing, and Paradise RV of Alberta, Canada has joined with the AHRA to support these goals by becoming a major sponsor of both the AHRA Canadian Jr. Dragster Series and the AHRA Canadian Sportsmen Tour.

"AHRA is extremely pleased to have Paradise RV on board as a official sponsor of the Canadian Jr. Drag Racing Series," Brad Janishewski, AHRA Vice President, Canada, said. "Craig Anstead (Paradise RV
principal) has been a long time sponsor of motorsports and is a strong pillar in his community.

"This sponsorship is another fine example of Craig's values and his commitment to families in the entire racing world," he added.

Paradise RV is Central Alberta's largest volume dealer in towable RV's and has long prided itself for being relaxed and family-friendly.
Dealer principal Craig Anstead has been in the RV industry for more than a decade and currently serves as the President of the RVDA (Recreation Vehicle Dealers Association).

Anstead said, "Paradise RV is looking forward to working with the AHRA and young racers this season. We are pleased to be affiliated with the AHRA's Canadian Junior Drag Racing Series and the Sportsmen Tour as well.

"We believe it is important to have opportunities for kids and families to be in a positive environment and learn about team sportsmanship. Drag racing provides a passion for kids that can take place of the peer pressure when it comes to drugs, alcohol and violence. It is a great place to learn the basics of drag racing and promotes family fun.

"We strongly support keeping racing off the streets and at the track which provides a place to experience speed in a safe and controlled environment," Anstead added.
