Drag Racing Results: Mad Man Takes Second Win by Celeste Smith. Texas Raceway held its first Texas Outlaw Pro Mod Association race of the year a couple of weeks ago. Frankie Taylor won his second TOPMA race of the year over a very strong field of racers. The win for the Hanning/Taylor team backs up their win at Dallas Raceway.
