Drag Racing Results: Dollar Wins Texas Raceway OTS Race by Stan Thomas. Chris Dollar, 2008 OTS Champion, won over a tough field of 15 cars at Texas Raceway. The OTS race was held in conjunction with the TOPMA race making for a great night of racing for the fans.
