Howard Anderson, from Auburn, CA set the all-time ET record for the AA/Supercharged Association with his ’37 Chev at Woodburn Dragstrip’s 39th Annual Baxter Auto Parts Season Opener. The previous record of 6.555 was held by Scott White. With his record ET, Anderson was top qualifier and was set to defend his 2011 Championship. Unfortunately, rain put a halt to Sunday’s eliminations. Competition for this class will resume at the Oldies But Goodies drags June 23 & 24, 2012.
