Amato and crew chief Dupuy part ways effective immediately
Five-time Top Fuel champion and team owner Joe Amato and crew chief Wayne Dupuy have amicably parted ways after more than three years together. Amato is searching for a new tuner to take his team into next weekend's race in St. Louis and beyond. Amato owns the Lucas Oil/Keystone dragster driven by 21-year-old Morgan Lucas. Dupuy is considering several job offers.
