From the streets to the strips
Orlando Jarlego is angry. For one thing, two 17-year olds, Michael Kevin San Juan and Prince Allan Cristobal, died several days ago along a dark stretch of the Diosdado Macapagal Avenue. For another, the police are chalking it up as another death caused by 'drag racing.' Orlando Jarlego is angry at all of these because it makes his job, as president of the Philippine Drag Racing Familysport (PDRF), all the more harder to do. Jarlego wants to make it clear. Whatever San Juan and Cristobal were doing in their cars during that early Sunday morning, it definitely wasn't drag racing.
