NHRA lands at Firebird
Round 1 is over. Up next for the fastest-traveling road show in motorsports is the Checker Schuck's Kragen Nationals, Friday through Sunday at Firebird International Raceway. By then, maybe normalcy will return to the NHRA, which started its 2005 season three weeks ago at Pomona, Calif., in an event filled with a string of startling finishes.
