Friday’s NHRA Lucas Oil Drag Racing action at Gainesville Raceway a wash out
Rain forced the cancellation of the initial rounds of qualifying at the NHRA Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series event at Gainesville Raceway Friday. NHRA and track officials had hoped to get some racing in once the rain stopped around 3 p.m. but cooling temperatures made it difficult to get the track dried.
