TC businessman tries drag racing event again
Roy James loves drag racing. The Martin Luther King Jr. holiday gives him a chance to celebrate his love for the sport in a unique way. For the second consecutive year, the Texas City businessman will put on the Martin Luther King Shootout at Houston Motorsports Park in Houston.
