Anderson's 6.60 at 208 mph moonshot is Tuesday's tops
Just up the Florida turnpike from NASA's Cape Canaveral, Pro Stock champion Greg Anderson took a moon flight of his own Tuesday when he blasted down Gainesville Raceway in 6.608 seconds at 208.23 mph. It was the quickest and fastest quarter-mile pass ever recorded in a Pro Stock car, although it won't reset any national records as it didn't take place during an NHRA national event.
