Summer Nationals Tickets on sale now at Heartland Park Topeka

TOPEKA, Kan. (Nov. 1, 2010) – Heartland Park Topeka officials announced today that general admission and reserved seat tickets are now available for the 23rd annual NHRA Summer Nationals, May 20-22, the seventh of 22 events in the NHRA Full Throttle Drag Racing Series Countdown to the Championship for 2011.

Tony Schumacher (Top Fuel), Robert Hight (Funny Car) and Mike Edwards (Pro Stock) are the defending winners of the annual event at the popular Kansas dragstrip that has a reputation for producing some of the fastest performances in all of motorsports. In addition, NHRA is celebrating its 60th anniversary in 2011 and will commemorate many of the best moments in Heartland Park history during the NHRA Summer Nationals. It will be an event you certainly don’t want to miss.

New this year, Heartland Park has partnered with the ticket system ExtremeTix and is providing many new options for ticket buyers. Fans now have the opportunity to select their actual seats online, print their tickets at home and even email tickets to friends attending the race.
