NASHVILLE RECORDING ARTIST JONATHAN HARRIS TO PERFORM NATIONAL ANTHEM AT AUTO CLUB NHRA FINALS

GLENDORA, Calif. (Oct. 27, 2010) – Country singer and songwriter Jonathan Harris will perform the National Anthem prior to Sunday’s final eliminations at the Automobile Club of Southern California NHRA Finals at Auto Club Raceway at Pomona.

Harris, a native of Tacoma, Wash., performed the National Anthem earlier this year at the NHRA Northwest Nationals at Pacific Raceways in Seattle, Wash. Harris is famous for his hit single “Thanks to you I’m free,” a song that he wrote for the Wounded Warriors Project.

The Nashville recording artist has performed as the opening act for many of Country Music’s biggest stars, including Merle Haggard, The Charlie Daniels Band, Gary Allan, Sammy Kershaw and Black Hawk to name a few.
