Wing High Header Flames at Norwalk
Vic Cooke was one of many fans returning to Norwalk Raceway Park last evening for the conclusion of the IHRA World Nationals. Vic captured Doug Foley's second-in-a-row win over Clay Millican in the Top Fuel final.
