Woodburn Tulip Festival Drags April 18 & 19

What a beautiful weekend for a race! The jet dragster amazed everyone when the parachute shook loose right at the starting line and burned to shreds before the 1000 foot mark. Fortunately, a second ‘chute is required and Darin Bay was able to bring it to a safe stop, even though he had reached a speed of 276 miles per hour. Pro Nostalgia drivers blasted their way down track at over 200 miles per hour and the Sunoco Race Fuels Series challenged the best to excel over all others.
