Cool news for Drag Racing Legend, Jr. Thompson
Just wanted to spread the word that my dad will be the Grand Marshall at the NHRA California Hot Rod Reunion coming up in October!! It has been 50 years since he won the title of the First Little Eliminator race(s) at the NHRA nationals in Oklahoma City in 1958 which kick started the infamous Gasser Wars! Congratulations DAD!!
