Panapinto, Kepner, Phillips, and Saitz winners at NDRA’s NOPI Nationals
Bret Kepner won his 88th Race of his career as he beat one of his student Jason Phillips in Bracket 15. Kepner, Gateway’s Professor of Drag Racing, teaches a free drag racing school at Gateway.
