Drag racer wins in Dad's old car
Kevin J. Manning -- like many of his newly licensed 16-year-old peers -- has a hard time keeping his foot off the gas in Dad's old car. The difference, Manning is discovering, is that he gets paid for putting the pedal to the metal.
