Police report only minor incidents at car show
Police in State College and at Penn State were ready for incidents relating to a car show whose reputation preceded it, with staffing levels similar to those for home football games. It turns out that they didn't need it. During its two-day stop at the Bryce Jordan Center, the Modified Madness car show brought relatively few complaints. Like, duh. bp
