Restoring race car helps Platt put tragic day behind
It was a scene Rocky Platt once thought he would never see. His father, the old drag racer Huston Platt, and his one-time crew member, Randall Davis, were standing beside Platt's old Camaro Funny Car, the Dixie Twister, which Davis recently restored.
