Super Stock and Stock to Headline Friday Night Show at B'Laster Cavalcade of Stars at Summit Motorsports Park

The North Central Division is home to some of the country’s best Super Stock and Stock racers and the two factory hot rod classes will be center stage Friday Night, May 13 at the fifth annual B’Laster Cavalcade of Stars presented by Budweiser at Summit Racing Equipment Motorsports Park in Norwalk, Ohio.

The Friday night show will kick off with special introductions at 6:00 p.m. followed by the opening round of qualifying for the 260 mph Top Alcohol Dragsters and Funny Cars. Fans will be treated to a number of Detroit’s muscle cars from the past and present in a bonus round of qualifying for Stock and Super Stock eliminator prior to wild 150 mph Pro Stock Snowmobiles, flame throwing Jet Dragsters, Funny Cars, Bob Motz’s Jet Kenworth and Fireworks!

A panel of judges from the crowd will score the Stock and Super Stock racers on their wheel stands and performances. The track will be awarding prizes for the best wheel stand, longest wheel stand, quickest run, fastest run, low qualifying run and fan favorites.

The Friday night show will also include the DRAW / RFC Super Eliminator Shootouts presented by Moser Engineering. Qualifying for the 16-spots in Super Comp, Super Gas and Super Street takes place earlier Friday.

Last year’s B’Laster Cavalcade of Stars event generated a sold out house on Saturday becoming the largest single day and overall event attendance in the near 50 year history of NHRA divisional events in the country.

Don’t miss out on being a part of this year’s event!
