Rocky Reports: Thompson Gasser Reunion

Wow, what a GREAT weekend..! Despite the rain on Friday, this event once again turned out to be one of the most enjoyable events of the year. The "Classical AA/GS" class put on a awesome show with Skip Cloverdale stealing the day with his magnificent burnout! Eddie in the "Phenomena" car gets extra credit too for his wild wheelstands! The racing was close and the final came down to Freddy Bear in the K.S. Pittman 33 Willys and myself in the Boss Hydro.. Freddy continued his great driving job as he nailed his fifth .0 reaction time of the day and ran away with the victory! Fred's lights were great all day as he recorded a .003 best while consistently running in the 5.'s. My hats off to Fred and the entire S&S race team along with the Pirrone & Elershaw crew for putting down fourteen passes in one day! Next stop Beaver Springs!
