LAT Racing Oils Joins National Guard ADRL as Contingency Sponsor
O’FALLON, MO (July 20, 2009) — The National Guard American Drag Racing League (ADRL) is proud to announce LAT Racing Oils as the latest addition to its growing contingency sponsorship program.
LAT will immediately begin offering payouts to the winner and runner-up of each National Guard ADRL Extreme Pro Stock race using its oil and displaying an approved LAT decal. The Orange County, California-based company plans to expand its new contingency program in the 2010 National Guard ADRL season to the Pro Extreme Motorcycle, Extreme 10.5 and Pro Nitrous classes, and eventually to Pro Extreme as it continues to develop new synthetic racing oils.
“We are drag racers ourselves and want to be involved in the sport because it’s our lives,” LAT co-owner Danny Vaca stated. “We want to make the best oils in the world and believe working with the ADRL is a great step in that direction.”
LAT currently is involved with several other professional racing series, including drag racing, sprint-car, off-road and stock-car series.
“We’re thrilled to welcome LAT Racing Oils as a contingency sponsor,” National Guard ADRL Director of Business Development Brian Evans said. “It’s important to us not only to offer our race teams the opportunity to pick up extra prize money, but also that it’s associated with a high-quality product that they’re going to want to use. We think with its track record, LAT fits the bill perfectly.”
Vaca will be attending as many ADRL races as he can this year.
“What I’m really looking forward to is meeting the ADRL racers and staff and showing them more about what LAT is all about,” he said.
