(January 5, 2012) – The new year gives Chevrolet enthusiasts a fresh start and the opportunity to purchase advance tickets and preregister for one of the most popular automotive events in North Texas. Texas Motorplex will host the third event in the 2012 Super Chevy Show series, May 11 – 12, 2012 in Ennis, Texas.
The Super Chevy Show at Texas Motorplex will include exclusive Chevy-Bodied and Chevy-Powered Drag Racing Bracket Eliminations, judged Car Show and non-judged Show & Shine, Autocross, Swap Meet, and Midway showcasing event sponsors and vendors specializing in GM restoration and aftermarket products.
In addition, there will be special Bracket Classes, Index classes, a 5th Gen Camaro Shootout, Corvette Showdown and Tuff Trucks classes. The Car Show area will feature special events such as, live music and the popular Revell "Make 'n Take" activity for kids in the Car Show Tent.
