PMRA, Quick 32 Sportsman Series, and PBSS all get
another venue for upcoming season
CAYUGA, ONTARIO (January 19, 2012) – Three of the top drag racing series have announced an additional event for the 2012 season.
The Pro Modified Racing Association, the Quick 32 Sportsman Series presented by NAPA Auto Parts, and the Pro Bike & Sled Series presented by Wiseco Performance Products will compete August 3-5 in the Community Weekend event at the Cayuga Dragway of Toronto Motorsports Park along with the other 2012 dates.
For the upcoming season, the PMRA will compete in an unprecedented seven races, while the Quick 32 Sportsman Series and the PBSS will each compete in six events. All three series will compete together with the exception of the PMRA competing July 20-22 at the IHRA Nitro Jam Nationals at the Grand Bend Motorplex.
"We are very pleased to have added this additional date," said Bruce Mehlenbacher, Director of Operations for all three series. "We have been given the opportunity to show our fans more of the best in Pro Modified, Sportsman, and Motorcycle/Snowmobile drag racing."

The PMRA will be entering its eighth year of competition in 2012. The Quick 32 Sportsman Series will be entering its fourth year of competition, and the PBSS will begin its second year of competition this season.
All three Series will open the 2012 season with the Victoria Day Weekend Challenge at the Cayuga Dragway of Toronto Motorsports Park May 18-20.
