Local couple hits racing scene
Back in the 1980s, Cathy Hopkins showed horses with her son, Jason. They traveled everywhere. They enjoyed competing in show rings and their Appaloosa horses did quite well. But one day after having their best show season ever, she decided it was time for a change in horsepower.
